Shipping Instructions:


Ticket Number: Make sure to include the ticket number in your shipment. You can print the estimate and include in  shipment, or simply write the ticket number on the box. Missing Ticket Number will delay the repair process.
Shipping Method: You can choose your preferred shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS etc

Packaging: Properly packing your notebook/laptop for shipment is extremely important. As a general guideline, use a box with at least a 2" air gap between the notebook/laptop and the box on the top, bottom and sides of your notebook/laptop. Fill this air gap with packing popcorn, bubble wrap, or similar protective material. Be careful to not keep any accessory (battery, charger etc) at the top of notebook/laptop that will cause to harm your notebook/laptop display.

Insurance: Opting for adequate carrier insurance is recommended to protect your equipment from damage during shipping. Note: Even if you insure an item with a carrier, if the item was not packed properly, you will not be able to obtain a claim from the carrier. Please consult with your carrier on adequate packing standards.
